Response times

Enquiries sent through this form or by email are answered within two working days, usually the next morning CET. Questions arriving on Friday afternoon will normally be answered on Monday.

Because we're six hours ahead of Toronto, our phone hours end before most Canadian workdays begin. Email is the more practical route, and it's the one we'd suggest.

Visiting

Our address is an office, not a school. All teaching is online and there are no classes on site, so please write before coming by.

When does the next module start?

Modules start monthly, and start dates depend on the module. Ask about the one you want and we'll send the next two dates along with the fee.

Can my employer be invoiced?

Yes. Send the billing details and a purchase order reference if your organisation needs one, and we'll issue an invoice from the Netherlands. Reverse-charge VAT rules may apply depending on the buyer.

Do you offer group enrolment for a team?

For four or more people from one organisation we can run a module as a closed group at a scheduled time. We don't customise the content — it's the same module, with the same exercise files.

Will you look at a file I'm stuck on?

Inside a module, yes — that's what the module thread is for. Outside a module, no: we teach rather than take on work, and we don't accept client datasets.

Do you help with job applications or references?

No. We don't provide career advice, placement, referrals or reference letters, and we have no relationships with employers.
